Domestic Terrorism Breach - Historical Breaches of Bennett's PG&E Laptop

Once upon a time there was a fine country with happy citizens but inside there was a Dark Fairy with unbridled power, greed and contempt.  Every Dark Fairy had a Political Fairy who was favored in all the courts, the courts of men, the courts of heaven, the courts of California.   Their sole existence in the fairy world was to deny and denying everything.

The political fairies are the charming ones, always clever, always connected tending to hide paperwork under rugs from the meanest of regulators or in my story they hired unsuspecting programmers to hide things for them as nobody would know.

The Dark Fairy's were so good at lying they'd lied to all that came before them.

The Custody of the Laptop

Then there was this programmer dude who was given the keys to a big city, a city so big and bad that trillions flowed it's veins everyday. The programmer dude was only interested in paying his bills, playing music and being with his sons. Instead the programmer dude somehow gets screwed by the powerful dark fairy who after being issued new Golden Gated paperwork that was less than 450 pages their tune changed.
