Kill my relatives and run a BS PSA that you're good folk?

Raw and unedited

In 2010, A PG&E High Performance Engineer was in my offices in the weeks preceding the explosion and then afterward Then I m0000et with DA Mark Peterson about my F-250 explosion that occurred in August 2004 that nearly killed me, not long after the Kinder Morgan Fuel Line exploded in Walnut Creek CA on Nov. 9th, then out of nowhere in Feb 2011, your vendor Ravenel Enterprises Inc hired me to perform Post Fire Services.  I was sent to Newman, Modesto, Concord, Walnut Creek and meetings at various sites near PG&E Offices.   By summer I was in jail, beaten and then my car was totaled in an attempt to take my life.    I called and reached in-house counsel Kelly Lack who responded with call the Labor Board and somehow PG&E felt my story wasn't important and over time I uncovered facts leading to more facts.   One important fact is when Peter A. Darbee was CFO at SBS services I was involved with a project brought down during 9/11 and just like PG&E I wasn't paid.   Ravenel played all kinds of games with me but they cleverly connected me to important locations in the NTSB Cover Up.    One day I found the Scott Franke Video posted as #pgewitness.   While attempting to remedy payment I came to 55 Beale to meet with someone or anyone who would be willing to listen about the 20,000 pages of sensitive PG&E Documents stolen from my laptop but you wouldn't listen.  Then you endured the sniper attack where former FERC Chairman Wellinghoff said it was the worst attack ever, funny I went to my files to discover that the MPOE maps were on my laptop, about six months later someone shot the tires of my friend using a DU round.  Then from there I discovered Howard V. Golub name and it was Howard and his brother Joel the former Judge that knows the cops in the CNET Scandal that was near me in 2004 when I was nearly burned alive.   I did everything possible to reach the mother ship in charge, I was rebuked over and over, via the PUCpapers.org I found the people fired that hired me, then when the Brian Cherry story bubbled up I came back to SF.   It's pathetic being threatened with arrest by G4S Security at Sen. Feinstein's offices then coming over to PG&E to endure the same thing.   After being rebuked again and again I penned the Brian Cherry Letter about the theft/ breach, and connection to domestic terrorism which you possess.

Within days a Federal Grand Jury issued the July 28th, 2014 superseding indictment which is the same case PG&E was convicted in Federal Court, now your PSA videos are explaining to the public how you've changed, how good and wholesome the NEW PG&E is, how you intend to "HELP" the environment with Solar, Wind Etc., that via your Federal Probation you are to behave.   So here we are over seven years of events binding Pete Bennett to actors from PG&E like Howard Golub whose brother took my license on the same day the Pipeline blew in Walnut Creek.
 0

Then one day this story pops up about AB-535 Amber Alert and there are my friend and her daughter who were found with their heads blown off in June 2005.  I finally found out what happened to her 10 years later.  Then not long after the July incidents in 2014, I appeared at Contra Costa BOS meeting on Sept. 23rd, 2014 - watch me patch your explosion to mine and Walnut Creek.  Four days later my family was murdered "The Strack Murders",  I called again nothing frm the Mother Ship.   It took several years of research to find Howard who was paraded by the FBI near me a few months ago.  He tried to say hi like were buddies but I yelled back my sons were kidnapped by you, screw off and during all this I was being beaten all the time, enduring hundreds of concussions by the hands of another of people clearly trying to kill me but still again the Mother Ship - stays far afield letting shipmates being attacked by sharks.   I have a lot to say and have said a lot already.   I even took my concord story to City Attorney Mark Coon who was going to deliver me an investigation but decided suicide was his way out, even my nephews committed suicide, like my roommate David Bremer in the county jail overseen by DA Peterson and Sheriff Livingston who've known all the way to the 1988 murders of my employee and friend who worked for CEO Steve Burd at Safeway who knows Southern Pacific Attorney Rick Kopf who likely killed my witness in Bennett v. Southern Pacific in 1989, in fact the list is very long.   What I've wanted all along is to be paid for my work, my car was totaled to protect Darby, my family was murdered in response to intimidate me, my friend was murdered with her daughter to cover-up something with EBMUD and Kinder Morgan. http://gaspipelineexplosions.blogspot.com/search?q=Ravenel    I sent this letter and you guys killed my family? http://gaspipelineexplosions.blogspot.com/2014/07/open-letter-to-pg-vice-president-brian.html   it seems pretty fishy.   I am now dealing with cancer tests, medical problems,  surgeries and the emotional costs of losing friends in the Ghost Fire, my friends the Kim Brothers own the building on San Pablo, my friend Mike Sevenau who knew Judge Golub was burned alive when his car crashed on Alamo and then there are the children, the kidnappings, and other events.  You might have saved yourselves billions if you'd listened as my part was unfolding.   Today I am homeless in Walnut Creek living behind Jos A Banks, hiding in plain site worrying that the arson that set fire to Paradise CA that within reach of my sons who were nearly killed when someone within this story tried to flip my truck in 2005.  They didn't see my boys - it was close but that identical scenario occurred returning from Modesto Operations.  Your story has claimed family, my sons were kidnapped by Golub and WCPD officers now fired, but I still live on threat of death as you search for "the Unarmed Constituent" where a Walnut Creek officer looked like he wanted to shoot me dead.   it's been a thrilling ride along with MeyersNave who poached 80 million from your coffers while I'm filing specific claims with Walnut Creek and providing WC Attorney Steve Mattas is double-dealing me with his inside advantage and guess where we're both defrauded.   The difference is all I wanted was to raise my sons, live a decent life and retire early.  I worked, PG&E was my client in the 80s' where I built custom cabinets for many east bay locations.   I was able to call AP for early payments,  forgiveness on discounts and extra business.   I've done millions in business and never had anyone trespass me to avoid payment.  your videos are all wrong you need the pictures sitting on top of site.   I found the Linda Curry murder under SCE  where Gov. Brown's Pal Peevey was her boss in 1993, Grieg and Curry under Peevey both dead.   Please call the US Attorney's offices and let them know that you haven't paid me and probably never will.   Ravenel was hired to hire me to obstruct the investigation and the documents lost now endanger the Northern California Economy with an omnipresent threat to one of worlds largest economies where Accenture is bleeding you dry with "failed reinventions of thyself" and one day Pierre Nanterme visited my LinkedIn profile and someone faking PG&E law enforcement did the same.  Your vendors are your enemy not me but you pay your enemy and not me.

Grand jury probes PG&E’s relationship with state regulators

Grand jury probes PG&E’s relationship with state regulators

Connections

The Cherry Letter Strikes Again

A federal grand jury is probing potentially illegal ties between Pacific Gas and Electric Co. executives and regulators with the California Public Utilities Commission, The Chronicle has learned.
The investigation is looking into "PG&E’s relationship" with state regulatory officials, according to a May 15 letter to the utility from federal prosecutors.

The probe is separate from the federal court case charging PG&E with violating pipeline safety laws and obstructing justice in connection with the 2010 pipeline explosion in San Bruno that killed eight people. Prosecutors in that case are seeking more than $1 billion in fines from the company, but have not charged individual executives.

The latest grand jury investigation was opened after last year’s disclosure of e-mails between PG&E and the state utilities commission, which prompted probes by both state and federal prosecutors. Some of the e-mails showed a PG&E executive lobbying commissioners and their staffs for a preferred judge to oversee a $1.3 billion rate case. Others indicated that PG&E thought then-commission President Michael Peevey was dangling favorable state treatment in exchange for the utility’s backing for his pet fundraising and political causes.

In the letter disclosing the grand jury investigation, Assistant U.S. Attorneys Kim Berger and Hallie Hoffman told PG&E’s lawyers that they plan to use some of the evidence from the probe in the prosecution of the San Bruno case against the company. They did not specify what that might be.

The letter came in response to a PG&E request that federal prosecutors turn over San Bruno-related evidence and notes gathered by state regulators with the utilities commission.
Officials with the U.S. attorney’s office in San Francisco declined to comment on the letter, and representatives of the utilities commission did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
A PG&E spokesman, Greg Snapper, said in a statement: "We’ve publicly reported that state and federal attorneys have begun investigations in connection with these communications. We’re going to keep cooperating with officials as the process moves forward."

The state attorney general’s office opened its own investigation last fall. It has not filed criminal charges.
As part of the probe, state agents served search warrants on the commission’s San Francisco headquarters, at Peevey’s home in Southern California and at the Orinda home of a former PG&E vice president, Brian Cherry. It was Cherry who sent many of the PG&E e-mails that prompted the state and federal probes.
One focus of the state investigation is an apparently secret deal that Peevey outlined in 2013 to an executive of the utility he used to head, Southern California Edison, regarding costs related to the shutdown of the troubled San Onofre nuclear power plant.

Notes that investigators seized from Peevey’s home showed that the deal included provisions for directing utility money into research to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
When the final deal had no such funding, Peevey pressured Edison to put up money, according to a sworn statement by one company executive. Peevey separately indicated to officials at UCLA that they could be in line for a greenhouse-gas funding windfall, e-mails between them show.

When the utility apparently did not budge, Commissioner Mike Florio — who joined Peevey during meetings with Edison — proposed in late 2014 that the commission set aside greenhouse research money from San Onofre for the University of California system. The same month Florio proposed that funding, Peevey landed a seat on an advisory panel at UCLA’s Luskin Center for Innovation.
Additional e-mails involving back-channel communications between utilities and the state commission continue to trickle out. The most recent came Thursday, when PG&E released an e-mail that Cherry sent in March 2014 to PG&E colleagues recounting a conversation he had with Florio involving a regulatory matter.

Cherry said he had asked Florio whether PG&E should seek to have an administrative law judge, Steve Roscow, recused from a case, which records show concerned PG&E’s efforts to obtain customer money to conduct seismic studies at the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant. Florio was the commission member assigned to oversee the matter.

"I spoke with Florio about Roscow," Cherry wrote. "Mike believes there is no need to bump Steve if he is the assigned commissioner. He understands Steve’s bias."
Florio figured in another instance of apparent PG&E judge-shopping, telling Cherry in a January 2014 e-mail that he would "do what I can on this end" to "bump" a judge PG&E didn’t want on the $1.3 billion rate-setting case. Florio, an attorney for a utility customer-advocate group before Gov. Jerry Brown appointed him to the commission in 2011, later explained that he "didn't know the rules" against back-channel communications between regulators and utilities and that he had "screwed up."
Florio did not respond to a phone call seeking comment Thursday about the latest e-mail.

PG&E Won The Battle - William Bennett wounded in the battle

Quick Facts

Judge Golub, Deputy Vince Jimenez, Chris Butler, Commander Wielsch, Stephen Tanabe, Louis Lombardi, Benny Chetcuti Jr, Howard V. Golub, Mike Shimansky, Gary Bell

Dear Mr. Early,

Your PR campaign says one thing but your legal defense connects to events connected to Howard Golub, his brother the Judge and officers now in Federal Prison.

There is a strong connection to why I was hired to work at PG&E why I ended up with your documents, how these documents now likely involved the Metcalf attack and Fresno Explosion but after researching for three years have concluded there are incidents and your company was targeted by the same people that targeted me.

I have lost everything more than once over 30 years and most of the time it was connected to police officers connected to Joel Golub.  I have lived the can't win story.

The July 2011 hit and run was attempted murder of your subcontractor which is me.  They tried to kill my sons in 2005 and repeated that on my way home from Modesto operations.

We/they have suffered the brunt of your terrorism event.

You can thank the Golubs next time you chat but they are one leg or more legs of why your pipeline exploded.  I am just a programer that was interested in developing software for a good cause.  My PG&E story is an extension of other events and PG&E was setup by friends of Golubs.

Regards

Pete Bennett

Southern Pacific, Kinder Morgan, PG&E San Bruno Resident Benny Chetcuti Jr. - The Arson Network

Bennett v. Southern Pacific(1987)

Quick Facts

300x200 300x200
In 1987 Pete Bennett filed suit against Southern Pacific now Union Pacific. During the litigation, Mr. Bennett's hand was blown apart in a shop accident, his equipment stolen, his clients and customers like Safeway suddenly went away. From 1987 to 1991 when the case, there were shootings, murders of Safeway Employee Cynthia Kempf (1988) plus stolen vehicles, and arson.  Arson is a signature connected to former Southern Pacific Attorney Richard Stanford Kopf, and former SP Police officer who unknown to Bennett lived around the corner from Bennett between 1995 and 2004.
In August 2004, Bennett's 1987 F-250 exploded in flames, in 1989 over in Richmond CA, a huge distribution center belonging to Safeway burned to the ground.  According to the Fire Marshall's report the fire started where the fire suppression was the weakest but also inaccessible portion of the building.  Details on the Richmond fire can be via the #TheSerialArsonist or you can check my 2011 posting called "Cameo Acres of Burnville" where many fireman reside.  It's probably a close relationship to my 2004 F-250 fire, arson cases affecting my cabinet shop from the 1980s.

Learn how these parties are extremely close to the PG&E Explosion in San Bruno while also being very close to Mr. Bennett's 2004 Arson, a near fatal arson fire and there are far too many incidents of spinal meningitis, bacteria and overdoses while sharing the landscape with suicides, accidents but I never expected to see this connetion. Thanks to the Notable Names Database, a highly reliable reference source I was able to connect 9/11 to PG&E NNDB

Bush-Cheney 04 It's become personal someone killed my family, my friends, police officers I know and suspects that should have never died at the hands of the police.

Compress Natural Flatulence (CNF)

In 2010, a PG&E Engineer was in my offices with the Fluid Dynamics background just a few days after the explosion.  In another posting I've cataloged the deaths of others, one page is called Seven Victims - CNET Scandal where families perished via murder-suicide.

After digesting Jacqueline Grieg's role at the CPUC where it's easy to see how here work at the DRE might have put her in harms way but in my story they're killing witnesses so why not consider the "other" CPUC employees as witnesses. I've decided the explosion in her neighborhood was premeditated, planned and perpetuated by forces attempting to silence her voice.
In my story there are enough arson cases, murders and deaths to support my position that events once considered separate have been a decades long linear operation with links the CNET Scandal, TWA 800 but also events far afield from San Bruno but those links lead to a worldwide global operation.
There is a definitive overlap between in the death of a Mormon Bishop, a parent from Danville CA who died in a fiery crash that knows Joel Golub who bought a house from home builder Albert D. Seeno whose Discovery Homes has been the subject on a ongoing Federal Probe.

Pete told me in 2004 before all these people were blown to pieces, poisoned and burned alive in their cars, houses or buses that his truck exploded.

I decided to go to dinner instead while Pete's head was pounded over and over until he was almost dead.
My name is Anthony Early, I am the CEO of PG&E.  We hire vendors who hire programmers with criminal warrants who know fancy attorneys from the Contra Costa Bar Association.  When the children of our employees die under highly unusual circumstances we look the other way.

When our former programmers are nearly killed we send their concerns to PG&E Corporate Security, then we fiercely fight our programmer with our billions knowing we've got Judges in our pocket, we've a solid Judge with known connections to police officers in Federal Prison.

My name is Alicia Driscoll, it's been said I shot my daughter in the head, now she's dead but when will be somebody ask why Attorney James Morgan is taking pictures of explosions where my brother Joe was a witness to a deadly explosion.

Mom's all over the US kill their children with guns, it's normal as my former neighbor Judith Williams blew her sons head off.

Sadly no one notices these things.

Another coincidence leads to the fatal flight of home-builder and banker Peter Branagh who perished in a July 2012 flight. My sons went to school with the Branagh kids, and Nate Greenan went to the same schools.

Regulator: 'Throw the Book at PG&E'

San Bruno on fire, Spetember 2010 | Photo: Mister Oh/Flickr/Creative Commons License
The head of the safety division of California's ratepayer protection agency has blasted Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) over the utility's reaction to a proposed $2.25 billon penalty stemming from a 2010 gas pipeline explosion in San Bruno that killed eight people. In a reply to PG&E's calling the proposed penalty "excessive," the California Public Utilities Commission's (CPUC) Emory J. (Jack) Hagan repeatedly referred to the utility's "lack of remorse," saying "It's time to throw the book at PG&E."
The September 9, 2010, explosion, which destroyed 38 homes and damaged 108 more in the San Francisco suburb, was traced to an aging, insufficiently maintained 30-inch buried gas pipeline. The explosion left a 30-foot crater, and flames lept 1,000 feet into the sky during the course of the resulting fire, which was worsened due to a 90-minute delay in getting gas turned off to the ruptured pipeline. In the end, 58 people were seriously injured, and 8 killed -- including Jacqueline Greig, a veteran CPUC staffer who worked as a natural gas utility expert in the Commission's Ratepayer Advocates office, as well as Greig's daughter.

Tribute To Officer Gregg Passama

HON. FORTNEY PETE STARK of california in the house of representatives Friday, August 3, 2007 Mr. STARK, Madam Speaker, I rise today to pay tribute to Officer Gregg Passama on his retirement from the City of Newark, California, after serving 20 years as a member of the Newark Police Department and over 33 commendable years in the field of law enforcement. Officer Passama began his law enforcement career in January 1974 as a police officer for the Southern Pacific Railroad located in San Francisco, California. During this time, he was elected Union President to represent all Southern Pacific Railroad police officers. Mr. Passama also found time to attend the prestigious George Meany School of Labor Studies. On June 1, 1987, he began his career with the Newark Police Department as a police officer. He also served as a field training officer and a member of both the Criminal Evidence Response and Trauma Support Teams during his career. Officer Passama received Newark's Police Officer of the Year award in 2000 after being nominated by his peers for his compassion for others and his tireless efforts as a Newark Police Association board member, vice president, and president for two terms. He has also previously held the positions of secretary, treasurer, and director of the California Organization of Police and Sheriffs (COPS), an organization dedicated to serving peace officers. He is currently the president of COPS, a position he has held since 2004. Officer Passama transferred to the Training Department of the Newark Police in January 2001, where he will finish out his career as the training officer. I join the Newark Police Department in thanking Officer Passama for his dedicated service to law enforcement and commitment to the community.

Matt Rainey/The Star-LedgerThe house at 7 Kensington Court, Warren, that Scott Pasch will have to turn over to authorities as a result of an FTC settlement. The opulent, well-appointed mansions of two telemarketing executives are on the auction block.
One is a 14-room Monmouth Beach property with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, while the other is a stately manor in Warren Township situated atop three acres of lush, manicured greenery.
But these are not the fire sales that have become routine in a down real estate market. The homes are being liquidated by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission to help pay a record $18.8 million in fines leveled against the two executives.
The settlement brought to an end a long-running scheme that duped millions of consumers in telephone fundraising campaigns carried out on behalf of nonprofit groups.
Both homes will be auctioned at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Sheraton Edison Hotel at Raritan Center. There is no minimum bid for either property, although the Monmouth Beach home was recently listed for $3.8 million.
Scott Pasch and David Keezer, partners in a firm called Civic Development Group, agreed to the fine to settle charges that they misled consumers into believing they were giving directly to charities serving police, firefighters and veterans.
Pasch and Keezer then siphoned those donations from the groups that were counting on them, authorities said.
It is the largest payout ever in an FTC consumer protection case.
Both men were required to fund a portion of the fine by turning over the two properties, bank accounts, luxury cars and boats, an art collection that included a Picasso and Van Gogh and other pricey assets. Court-appointed receiver Richard Trenk, a West Orange lawyer, has collected about $10 million in liquidated assets so far.
"These homes are the cornerstone of this liquidation and we invite anyone who has the resources to bid on these properties," he said.
The Monmouth Beach home — where Keezer lived with his wife and young children — is a hedge-lined, 12,000-square-foot structure at 88 Ocean Ave.
It is fully furnished and has five bedrooms, including a master suite with a 1,500-square-foot closet that can house "a shoe collection to rival Imelda Marcos," said Charles Blau, president of the real estate auction firm Blau Appraisal. Other features include a private beach, pool and poolside cabana.
Pasch’s 10,000-square-foot home is located at 7 Kensington Court in Warren.
The 16-room stone mansion was built on 2.8 acres of land with terraces overlooking an English garden and natural pond.
It has six bedrooms, a climate-controlled wine cellar and two gourmet kitchens.
"These homes are in pristine condition and we believe there will be spirited bidding on the 27th," he said, adding he has fielded several phone calls from interested bidders and at least 50 people have toured the homes so far.
The highest bids on the homes are subject to Trenk’s approval.
Transactions will be made in cash, which means buyers must pay without a mortgage and close on the homes by July 2. Visit blaurealestateauctions.com for further auction information.

Commission Charges Bay Area Judge With Interfering in Son’s Case

By KENNETH OFGANG, Staff Writer

The Commission on Judicial Performance has charged a Contra Costa Superior Court judge with interfering in a case involving the judge’s son.
In a notice of formal proceedings, made public yesterday, the commission said Judge Bruce C. Mills has been accused of willful misconduct, conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice, and improper action, charges that could result in his removal from the bench.
The allegations stem from the issuance of a citation for possession of tobacco to Mills’ minor son in October 2010. The commission explained in the notice that the case was assigned to Commissioner Joel Golub, and Mills’ son appeared before Golub in March of last year, pled guilty to an infraction, and ordered him to do 20 hours of volunteer work.
Both Golub and Mills sit in Walnut Creek. (Traffic Court Fines) The judge’s son was enrolled in a residential treatment program and did not complete the volunteer work, the commission said, and was ordered to appear before Golub in October of last year.
Conversation With Clerk
The commission accused Mills of initiating a conversation with Golub’s clerk, in which the judge allegedly asked the clerk to call his son’s case early so that the son’s attorney would not have to wait.
“You told the clerk you wanted your son to get credit for the time spent in the program, and showed her documents reflecting payments made to the program provider,” the commission said in the notice. “The clerk told you or confirmed to you that Commissioner Golub was absent and that the calendar was being handled by a judge pro tern.”
The judge, the CJP alleged, subsequently told the clerk that the attorney was unable to appear, and that he would be appearing instead.
The commission further alleged:
“The clerk either knew that you had a 1:30 p.m. calendar or asked if you did, and raised the idea that you could possibly speak to the judge pro tem before the afternoon calendar...was called. You indicated that you would like to do so.
“You then spoke to the judge pro tem in her chambers about your son’s case, off the record, before she called the afternoon calendar. You told the judge pro tem that your son was in a program out of state and that you wanted him to receive credit toward the volunteer work requirement for being in the residential program. After questioning you about the program, the judge pro tem agreed to grant your request. No proceedings were conducted in open court on your son’s case.”
Canons of Ethics
By that conduct, the commission alleged, Mills violated canons of ethics requiring that judges uphold the integrity of the judiciary; avoid impropriety and promote public confidence; refrain from using the prestige of the judiciary to advance private interests; and avoid ex parte communications, other than in specified situations.
The judge’s formal response to the charges is due Nov. 20, the commission said. Mills’ attorney, James A. Murphy of San Francisco, could not be reached for comment.
Mills, a 1984 graduate of Lewis and Clark Law School in Oregon, practiced at a Walnut Creek firm until 1986, and was a deputy district attorney for Contra Costa County from 1987 until 1995, when he was appointed to the Walnut Creek-Danville Municipal Court by then-Gov. Pete Wilson. He became a Contra Costa Superior Court judge through unification in 1998.
He was publicly admonished by the commission in 2006 for having improper ex parte discussions with a defendant, a lawyer, and a probation officer and for making inappropriate remarks from the bench.
The commission found that Mills had, among other things, made “sarcastic and discourteous” remarks regarding a defendant whom the judge believed was faking an inability to speak English.
Judge Mills has engaged in a pattern of making comments that are discourteous, sarcastic, demeaning and belittling to those appearing before him,” the commission said at the time. “Such remarks toward a litigant or counsel are not consistent with the conduct required by canon 3B(4),” requiring that judges conduct their official duties in a patient and dignified manner.
The commission also found that in 1997, Mills had improperly granted diversion after chambers discussions involving the defense lawyer, the defendant, and the probation officer—who had originally suggested that the defendant was ineligible—after the defendant’s no contest plea had been accepted and the prosecutors had left the courthouse.
