Banking has many time honored traditions

In 2012 I was becoming accustomed to being homeless, my car was totaled in Lafayette. I attempted to get paid from PG&E in regards to my software project and had communicated events to PG&E many times starting in 2010. While becoming intimate with dirt, trash, often being soaking wet I became acquainted with other homeless persons.  I was sleeping around town after losing offices, servers and equipment, I was also calling my elected officials, the FBI, State Attorney General documenting the murders and deaths around me.

The connections to Wells Fargo, 9/11 and #deadbankers emerged in 2011 but didn't take shape until 2015 when I matched Wells Fargo deaths in one straight line.

Today I've woven together how former Fremont General Counsel Rick Kopf is linked to the Bin Laden via the Patriot Act filing, researched

Fremont's extensive holdings flow down to Essex Property Trust and via Public Records and SEC Filings the link between Essex Property via the Board where Claude Zinngrabe sits on Essex Property Trust and Fremont Group which clear that they're connected to Fremont Group's Rick Kopf e.g the threads lead to the same seam over and over.

As word that Walnut Creek Homeless resident Todd Cambra was hit a by car near S. California Blvd., I began searching for information as by then I knew about Marcus Berger who suffered a crushed skull at the same locations as Todd.

That same weekend I learned that Keith (Alias) had just gotten out of the hospital. Roland Haydell a/k/a Keith Richards who's been missing since several bodies were found under the Bridge near Trader Joe' but are within site of the Agora, an Essex Property Trust development where you can find common connections between Fremont Group, Fremont Reality Trust (REITs) and that leads to Rick Kopf. The widely quoted 2003 article New Yorker article connects Kopf/Becthel/Former Secretary George Schultz Bush/Cheney to a couple of local murders?

Missing since 2012

Local chatter is he died under the bridge near The Villages recently renamed the Agora.

John P. Makin is a litigation and insurance specialist.

Mr. Makin has a broad litigation background, trying cases and appearing before state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as administrative and regulatory agencies. His litigation repertoire includes a variety of subject matters, such as trade regulation in the media field, engineering liability, commercial land use and regulation, eminent domain, environmental regulation, intellectual property and construction disputes.

In 2001, he spent several months in the London offices of the Beazley Syndicate of Lloyds of London. Mr. Makin also has broad experience in anti-trust and trade regulation, particularly applicable to the insurance industry. He was California counsel for ISO in the insurance anti-trust litigation which came before the United States Supreme Court. He was counsel for ISO in the Proposition 103 litigation in the California Supreme Court, and commented upon and counseled clients with regard to the California Attorney General's anti-trust guidelines for the insurance industry.

Mr. Makin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, as well as a commission as an Ensign in the United States Navy, in 1972. After serving more than four years as an officer in the United States Navy, he attended Northwestern University Law School in Chicago, Illinois, and graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree, as well as Order of the Coif, in 1979. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1979, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California, and the Fourth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal.

In 1987 Pete Bennett filed suit against Southern Pacific now Union Pacific. During the litigation, Mr. Bennett's hand was blown apart in a shop accident, his equipment stolen, his clients and customers like Safeway suddenly went away. From 1987 to 1991 when the case, there were shootings, murders of Safeway Employee Cynthia Kempf (1988) plus stolen vehicles, and arson.  Arson is a signature connected to former Southern Pacific Attorney Richard Stanford Kopf, and former SP Police officer who unknown to Bennett lived around the corner from Bennett between 1995 and 2004. 
In August 2004, Bennett's 1987 F-250 exploded in flames, in 1989 over in Richmond CA, a huge distribution center belonging to Safeway burned to the ground.  According to the Fire Marshall's report the fire started where the fire suppression was the weakest but also inaccessible portion of the building.  Details on the Richmond fire can be via the #TheSerialArsonist or you can check my 2011 posting called "Cameo Acres of Burnville" where many fireman reside.  It's probably a close relationship to my 2004 F-250 fire, arson cases affecting my cabinet shop from the 1980s. 

Learn how these parties are extremely close to the PG&E Explosion in San Bruno while also being very close to Mr. Bennett's 2004 Arson, a near fatal arson fire and there are far too many incidents of spinal meningitis, bacteria and overdoses while sharing the landscape with suicides, accidents but I never expected to see this connetion. Thanks to the Notable Names Database, a highly reliable reference source I was able to connect 9/11 to PG&E NNDB

NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - The Bush administration launched a war on terror because of the alleged acts of Osama bin Laden. Ironically, one of the companies the administration has picked to rebuild Iraq after the latest phase of that war has ties to bin Laden's family, according to a published report. Bechtel Corp., a private construction firm based in San Francisco, recently was awarded a State Department contract, potentially worth more than $600 million, to help rebuild Iraq's infrastructure after the recent U.S.-led war there. The Bush administration pushed for that war, in part, because it said the regime of Saddam Hussein, former leader of Iraq, had ties to the al Qaeda terror network, headed by bin Laden, the group allegedly responsible for the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks in the United States. According to an article in the May 5 issue of New Yorker magazine, several bin Laden family members -- part of a large, Saudi Arabian family that made a fortune in the construction business -- invested about $10 million in a private equity fund operated by former subsidiary of Bechtel before Sept. 11. Fremont Group, a San Francisco-based private investment firm, once was a unit of Bechtel, and its board still includes Bechtel CEO Riley P. Bechtel and former U.S. Secretary of State and former Bechtel President George P. Shultz, along with several current Bechtel directors. Bechtel could not be reached for comment. Fremont spokeswoman Pat Harden confirmed bin Laden's family had invested $10 million in a Fremont fund, but she said the family had no ownership stake in Fremont and its investment was made "well before the events of Sept. 11." "Our concern is that it be clear they're investors, like many, in one of our many private equity funds," Harden said, noting that the Patriot Act of 2001 requires such investors to be screened for connections to terrorism. "This is all totally legal and above-board." Harden didn't know exactly when bin Laden's family invested in the equity fund. Fremont general counsel Rick Kopf told the New Yorker bin Laden's family had invested nothing in Fremont since Sept. 11. None of bin Laden's family members has been charged with any crimes, and the family denounced Osama bin Laden in the mid-1990s. Some family members also have publicly denounced the Sept. 11 attacks. Saying they feared for their safety, about two dozen family members living in the United States left the country as soon as airports re-opened after Sept. 11.
