2009 - The Scherer Murders
Ernie Scherer was brash, abrasive but apparently on to something. Like many filing a motion or being part of case is often deadly.
Nate Greenan knew the Scherer's, Patricia Noel, Brian Schwalen and some in the Danville Stake would know Loretta Hale who died on Mt. Diablo but then fate strikes less than 24 hours later with Roma Bhatia found dead on 680 at Bollinger Canyon Road, not far from where Patricia Noel was found dead of another suicide.

Raised issues with attacker at Walnut Creek Farmers market where Officer Rabinowitz failed to intervene or investigate. That was on the heels of the Bennett/Nordoff/Bryden meeting where documents linking Gary Vinson Collins to CNET Scandal were passed to Walnut Creek Police Chief Bryden.
