Dear Ms.Cheng,
For many years I've complained to PG&E about unpaid invoices with PG&E MBE Vendor Ravenel Enterprises, a firm that retained my software development services specifically for the Hyrdo Test Project.
The project ended with my car being totaled by parties suspected connected to other Federal Grand Jury Investigations where police officers, attorneys and others are in Federal Prison.
The events I've endured were documented in a letter to Brian Cherry, CPUC, FBI and US Attorney's Offices.

You can explain to the SEC how I was attached to PG&E, how my car was totaled, why I was hired to work for PG&E with bench warrants, how the Chief of Police Of Lafayette who definitely knows the Golub's via the courtroom, how all the parties know former officers now in Federal Prison but how each Golub has ties to persons with criminal records e.g. Michael Milken.
I'd like to know who killed my family in Springville, how my friend's 2005 Murder Suicide ties in the Walnut Creek Kinder Morgan Explosion where deaths of witnesses were discovered via my research.
The Brian Cherry Letter sent just prior Federal Grand Jury superseding indictment handed down on July 29th, 2015 where documents posted this blog match dates posted to this blog.
My allegations should appear in the SEC reports, be forwarded to NTSB, NRC, FERC.gov, FBI, CPUC and DOT in the exact same manner that your press releases state of renewed transparency

A former programmer and outside software developer whose car was totaled while employed lost sensitive PG&E documents that could be used in a domestic terrorism act has concerns about the following:

- Maps identifying Metcalf Station MPOE, Fiber and subsurface piping
- Hit and Run / Attempted Murder former critical infrastructure programmer
- Possible Links to Other Federal Cases
- Connections to Preceding San Bruno Gas Pipeline Line Explosion

You are being noticed to respond with instructions for clarifications, denial or modifications. If you do not respond in 30 days, poster filing an affidavit in Federal Court stating this document as fact that his true opinion based pre and post explosion events suggests that internal personnel, staff and others conspired to create an explosion, that
It is Mr. Bennett's belief his services, skills and experience used to gain access to PG&E's systems, and allowed suspects, operatives, instigators, both domestic and international terrorists by utilizing his prior software development projects with other utilities, telecom, power stations, coal fired, logistics and high speed fiber or DSL
These parties are interwoven with numerous Federal Investigations with indictments, trials and with RICO convictions. Over time I found extensive instances of insurance fraud via persons well known to Bennett via prior incidents, accidents and legal cases.
Bennett suspects but with reasonable trepidation that PG&E like Bennett was setup to fail,
Bennett further alleges that prior projects all the back to SBC (AT&T) that a larger deeper conspiracy has existed in regards from before 9/11 and TWA-800 as far back as the 1970s. There is no questions persons known to Bennett are in fact the real Architects and Engineers of 9/11 as the expertise to develop, deploy, create and implement the downing of the World Trade Center didn't emerge from a cave after spending the night Lucy.
Mr. Bennett believes the Kinder Morgan fire in 2004 as referenced on this blog are same conspirators in the August 2000 F-250 Truck arson where Bennett now suspects that officers from Danville, Contra Costa Sheriff, CHP who coupled with parties connected to the CNET Scandal and Benny Chetcuti Jr, who is former San Bruno resident who former residence places him him with comfortable distance of Crestmoor Area, site of explosion, that parties did comprise PG&E's Gas Pipeline delivery system (CNG) , that said parties proximity to other highly suspicious fires are part of a Serial Arson Network connected to specifically insured covered by Kemper Property and Casualty where major insurers providing excess casualty coverage have been defrauded in a larger nationwide insurance fraud network.
Mr. Bennett intimate prior experiences as an arson victim, being near others who were arson victims and his deep involvement and extended understanding of convictions in the East Bay Scandal known as "CNET Scandal" and that Mr. Bennett believes that San Bruno explosion shares many common suspects, and characteristics that the PG&E has been duped by their own internal resources.
The additional incidents lead to decades of unsolved fires, explosions and murders that overlap cases predominately linked to the CNET Scandal.
