Pete Bennett Contra Costa Transportation Authority

The Contra Costa Transportation Authority is made up assigned commissioners made up from elected officials from cities in Contra Costa.

They employ land use planners, attorney and legislative analysts and aides to interact with the community during hearings using the Brown Act, they post and solicit bids for Infrastructure Projects for transportation, mass transit, rail, freight and highways.

The most visible recent project is the Caldecott Tunnel that produced the fourth bore.

In my story several of the commissioners looked the other way when I was attacked, beaten and left for dead in my house back in 2004.  These same cities and towns now have my allegations spanning 40 years linked to the deaths of police officers, public officials and numerous Federal Indictments and Convictions that include Albert D. Seeno (Homebuilder), Contra Costa Narcotics Taskforce and the deaths near attorneys, land use firms, CEQA litigation and even the death of the son of a prominent road building construction company that attended a university where the son of my friends died in car accident at the same university.

They were in the same classes in the same program at the same university with me in the middle knowing both parties.  It will be posted on all my blogs shortly after this article appears.
